It boosts immunity and aids in digestion. Honey is great for clearing the throat, perfect for people like me who need to talk a lot at work.

1 piece of 5cm ginger peeled and chopped 1.5 lemons peeled and seeds removed 4 table spoons of honey 300ml of water

Put everything in a blender and process until smooth. Then it’s good to go! Feel free to add some ice cubes to cool it. Try it out and let me know what you think. ^_____^
