2人前 りんご 1/4個 バナナ 1本 アボカド 1/2個 ほうれん草 1本 キューイ 1/2個 蜂蜜 1スプーン すりおろした生姜 水 1/2カップ

Since we moved into our new apartment and got our blender back, I’ve been making green smoothie every single morning. So good to start the day fresh giving your body a nice cleanse. Feel free to try it out or share your own smoothie recipe! Recipe for two servings:

1/4 apple 1 banana 1/2 avocado 1 cup spinach 1/2 kiwifruit 1 teaspoon of honey a pinch of grated ginger 1/2 cup of water
