New Year Greetings!

Today is the last day of the year, I’m spending time with my family-in-law in Fukuoka now, and we showed them the travel photos we took this year. It has been truly an amazing year for me exploring the world and I look forward to year 2016, a year which I will devote myself in the study and teaching yoga.

What’s your new year resolutions for 2016? Every year I try to set new year resolutions on New Year’s Day. in 2015, my new year resolution was to read at least two books a month. I tried to make time for reading during my world trip while relaxing in parks, in hotels, on buses and on flight. By reading books, we get to experience other ways of living life which we can not experience during our lifetime. I might get busier next year, but I will try to keep up with this habit.

I would like to thank you all for your support this year. And I look forward to sharing more time with you on the mat, taking good care of our body and mind next year!

A new year is a symbol of a new beginning. Wishing you a year filled with growth and discovery!
